About the Founder and President

Lawrence Kiefer has more than 30 years of experience in the engineering and planning field; including, project management, transportation and urban planning, proposal development, process improvement, strategic planning, and public administration.

As certified AICP planner under the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and American Planning Association (APA), he has provided professional planning services for municipalities, independent agencies, and Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) firms. Additionally, his work experience includes a management engineering for a large healthcare provider, field engineering for a defense contractor providing aircraft flight simulators, previous manufacturing and machining, and railroad signal engineering.

His broad knowledge base and professional experience enables him to lead projects for a variety of industries.
